All items whether they are new, old, used, or have missing parts are sold "AS IS".
All Sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or options for store credit. This is because of our extremely low prices. Please take note of this as we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

All warranties/guarantees are directly from the factory, not from us. We do not manufacture anything and hence cannot warranty/guarantee anything. Please contact the respective manufacturers for warranty/guarantee information.
We are not authorized dealers for any manufacturer since we sell at below the cost of the authorized dealers.
These policies apply to new, used, and items with missing parts. Please examine the description carefully to see if the item will meet your requirements. You can always call us (651)442-9044 if you have any questions or concerns. Items that have been previously used or are missing parts have had their prices further reduced for your satisfaction.
If the items are lost in the shipment or are missing, we cannot replace them. We will produce a shipping receipt confirmaing that the item(s) were shipped. You agree that, that is enough proof and that no tracking numbers may be provided if it is international shipping or local shipping. However we will provide tracking information if it is available to us.
We make the descriptions of our items as accurate as possible. If an item is used, the description will say so. If an item is missing parts, the description will say so. But most items are brand new in the box or are brand new carded.
All items requiring power are tested only for basic power on/off function and are not tested beyond that.
All other items are not tested.
